Nutrition and Dietary Advice
I am sure you have heard many sayings regarding diet and nutrition... "You are what you eat" is my personal favourite! There is a wealth of information out there, and lets face it, its not always reliable with scientists often changing their minds about what we should or should not eat! I have spent my career supporting people to make healthy dietary choices and make lasting changes.
I have an interest in weight management advice and have an interest in irritable bowel syndrome. Both of these conditions are closely linked to emotional well-being, and through my experience and training I have developed a unique plan to support individuals to make lasting dietary and lifestyle changes. I link to mindfulness and help people to identify the emotional links we all have to food. Along with introducing activity into our lives, we can continue to be fit and healthy.
