New Clients and Data protection
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a mini screening questionnaire. All information is kept confidential and stored securely. Please be assured your information will not be passed onto any third parties. On occasion I may need to discuss contacting your GP or other health care professional. This will be discussed with you where appropriate and you will receive a copy of all communication.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of treatment, via cash, cheque or pre-arranged bank transfers. Please contact to arrange this.
Cancellations and Alterations
Life is hectic and things crop up! I understand this, and ask that for an appointment to be cancelled I require minimum of 24- 48 hours notice. If cancelling within 24 hours you will be charged for your appointment. When possible I will endeavour to alter and rearrange your appointment to suit both parties. I appreciate your understanding with this matter.
If you are late for your appointment, your appointment will still finish at the planned time. Where possible I will work with you.
Texts and emails help me to keep track! Mobile reception still needs work!
Workshops and Training
Workshops and training are individually priced. A non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. Full payment will be required before the course commencement date. If you do not attend you will not receive a refund. Please contact me to discuss as soon as possible and we will discuss specific personal situations.
